What We Do

Leadership

It's just not true that you're either BORN a leader OR you're NOT!  However, leading people is neither simple nor linear in nature and it requires systemic, transformational learning methodologies such as those used by Quantum Shift to develop and grow Leadership capability.  It also requires ongoing commitment, reflection, and investment of time, energy and money.

Leadership is multi-disciplinary; it involves a breadth and depth of individual capability that none of us acquires innately; and even the most accomplished of Leaders can still build on aspects of their Leadership.  Continuing to grow and develop Leadership capability is an act of will.

Quantum Shift Leadership programmes are about getting to the inner workings of who you are as a person.  We use specific examples from your Leadership experience to assist you to orientate your efforts into achieving the results/outcomes you are looking for from your people; whether this be:

  • growing greater confidence
  • better managing difficult staff
  • assisting your people to be more motivated or use their initiative or
  • developing your ability to continue to reflect and grow from your practice.

Our leadership development programmes can be experienced through:

  • In-house programmes in organisations (click here to enquire about an in house programme for your organisation)
  • Our public programme, The Guts Of Leadership.  Also see our calendar.
  • Works for Me,  our one to one coaching programme (click here to enquire about Leadership coaching)

Participants' quotes:

"We have a huge ability within ourselves to change, even something that has been in us for years.  Each person has the answer within themselves...."

"I've realised that we can change and influence the behaviour of others if we think about it and practise the desired behaviour."
