About Us

John Wenger

John integrates 20 years experience and knowledge from the fields of education and counselling to create learning environments which are focussed, purposeful and engaging for all.

He brings humour and a positive outlook on the world and humanity, absolute zeal for creating real change in people and an engaging facilitation style to Quantum Shift. He also brings a deep understanding of how humans learn and change and is especially interested in brain functioning and the mechanics of why humans often get stuck in patterned behaviours.

He believes absolutely that anyone can learn, having worked with a wide range of people including advertising executives, organisational leaders, bank clerks, factory workers and the learning disabled.

Originally from Scotland, John initially came to New Zealand in 1994 for two months, while on a round the world journey.

He liked it so much, he decided to stay, and currently, when he is not working, he can be found 'out west' enjoying the bush and beaches of the great NZ outdoors.

Arohanui-Grace

In Quantum Shift Grace combines a passion for work as positive and satisfying, with a depth of experience in developing and delivering professional development. She has worked across a range of sectors as an educator, consultant, change agent, facilitator, coach, trainer and presenter. Grace believes that the world of work is ready for a bigger picture view of learning than the traditional 'transactional' perspective. In her work with Quantum Shift she brings expertise in providing transformational learning experiences that awaken people to their full learning potential. Grace loves her work.

Originally from the Waikato, Grace now resides on the shores of the Kaipara Harbour and enjoys the many opportunities the West offers.
